I/we have read the rules of reservation and they are binding on me/us.

Charges of extra persons should be paid at the Resorts/Hotel/Rest Houses before occupying the rooms.
Room Service charge, luxury tax and other taxes wherever applicable will be charged extra, at the spot.
Cancellation charges will be applicable as per Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam’s rules (printed overleaf).
Cooking is not allowed.
Short notice for booking cancellation shall not be entertained.

I/we have read the rules and regulation of Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam Ltd., regarding additional package tour/customize package tour carefully mentioned overleaf. I/we have understood the meaning and significance of the same. I/we agree to strictly abide by the rules framed by GMVN Ltd., in favour of tourist.

1. Terms and Condition (Package / Additional Package / Chartered Tour)
   
   

   1. The booking is accepted on full advance payment, covering the cost of tickets through a Bank Draft drawn in favor of Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam Ltd, Payable at Rishikesh/PRO Office or by cash payment in the office/cash counter, on first come first serve basis.

   2. Senior Citizens male 60 yrs and female 55 yrs of age will be charged a discounted rate. Entitlement of above facilities should contain photo identification (Passport, Driving license, voter card and education certificate etc.) at the time of the booking at PRO Offices and required to carry attested copy of age verification document during the journey.

   3. Further in the event of the pilgrim/tourist leaving the tour midway due to personal reasons, no claim for refund of money either full or part will be entertained by the management

   4. In case of difference of opinion between parties and GMVN officials, the decision of Managing Director GMVN shall be final and binding to both the side. Any disputes, claim or legal proceedings between the pilgrims/tourists & the Nigam shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of District Dehradun (Uttaranchal)

   5. In the event of break down of journey on account of natural calamities or any kind of unforeseen events enroute, alternate arrangement for pilgrims/tourists to the next destination as per tour programme will be made through locally available transport at that time.

   6. The above terms & conditions are subject to suitable revision, addition & alterations as per the decision of the management at any time without prior notification.

   7. The cancellation/Refund rules are as follows: -

      1. 11 or more days before starting date of tour - 90%

      2. 8 or 10 days before the starting date of tour - 75%

      3. 4 to 7 days before the starting date of tour - 60%

      4. 3 days before the starting date of tour - No Refund

   8. Refund will be made after producing original cash receipt and cancellation charges will be applicable on the full amount of the ticket. For example if tourist pays 50% advance and cancels his seats then advance cancellation charges would be calculated on full ticket fare.

   9. No refund will be made in the eventuality of the tour being cancelled/scheduled due to natural calamities, beyond the control of management.

   10. Any amount either full or part duly sanctioned for refund to tourist/pilgrims shall be refunded to him/them by the office where deposits were made for the package tour reservation.

   11. If a guest instead of checking in at the reserved destination place reaches elsewhere and request for adjustment of the amount it shall be not entertain.

   12. No refund will be made in the eventuality of the tour being cancelled / schedule due to the natural calamities, beyond the control of management.

   13. Service charges are not refundable

   14. Pickup and dropping in Delhi will be at Railway station or Bus stand or PRO Office, if incase if pickup & dropping service is to be provided other than above mentioned places the charges will be extra as per norms.

Note: - Customize/additional package/Conducted tour rates will not be applicable or comparable with Accommodation tariff plan.


2. Terms and Condition Accommodation tariff plan



1. Check in / Checkout time is 12 Noon
2. Reservation is kept till 6 Hrs. from check in time.
3. 100% advance will be required on booking of FITS reservation.
4. Tax and Service charges will be levied as application.
5. Tariff structure and rules are subject to changes without any prior intimation.

1. 15 days and above 90%
2. 8 – 14 days 75%
3. 04 – 07 days 50%
4. Less than 03 days No refund

Note: - Except S.No. 7 rest of terms and conditions will be applicable for accommodation booking. Service charges are not refundable
